There is a slight difference between business users and information technology people or personnel when placed in a business intelligence context. You need to determine the different needs of your business solutions in order to address the different types of business pains. Second, it is highly important to develop the entire architecture to its maximum potential. And finally, you need to come up with a solid business intelligence program plan that has iterative projects that will allow you to move forward towards the attainment of your architectural goals.
