Choosing Between PMI and Prince2: Some Considerations

If you have been looking for ways to make your organizational projects run at a more efficient pace and produce better outputs, you might want to consider Prince2. But before you jump on the Prince2 project management and PMI bandwagon, it is essential to do a lot of self-reflection and assess if you really know how you can apply such a tool to your projects.
