How can I fix a warped print bed

Service Level Management: What you Need to Know For IT Operations Management

Get a reprap MK2 (or the latest) heated bed, and a piece of glass.

Adjust your z axis so it is set to work with the glass and new better heated bed.

You may require some sort of spacer (can be 3d printed) to lift the bed 6mm above the bulge.

Or simply replace the old pcb with one that isn’t warped.

Make sure the new bed is level.

These heated beds can draw upto 10Amps so make sure you get a power supply which can handle it. 12V and 10Amp = 120Watt psu.

You can pick these up on ebay for cheap, or for $80 at Frys
