Today, The Art of Service ran another successful ISO 20000 awareness breakfast session. We were fortunate enough to have a healthy mix of public and private sector clients with us as I presented the 1 hour overview. It was also nice to see some of our clients from previous engagements returning to us as well as some new faces. Breakfast was well received although I think our function-rich coffee machine may have scared off some of our participants from coffee. The audience interacted openly in the discussions which was great as I prefer to facilitate peer discussions rather than lecture participants. All of the participants were familiar with ITIL® and held various positions including IT managers, internal consultants, help desk managers, etc. From these sessions, we have been approached to provide the same ISO 20000 awareness session internally for some major clients, so we are looking forward to expanding these awareness sessions further.
