ITIL certification in hyderabad : The certification kit (book and online course) were the only materials I used to prepare for the exam and passed with 85%. Total study time was about 20 hours over 10 days. The material is well organized to the point and I enjoyed the Australian accents and sense of humor of the instructors. Couple of things to know if you plan on using a like approach to prep for the exam: (1) The book mentions an enrolment key that you will receive via email when setting up your account. I received the email but not the key. I then emailed The Art of Service support team ([…]) and received a response from them in less than an hour that I had now been properly set up which I was. So big thumbs up! for their responsive effective customer service. (2) Also though the book covers the ITIL roles quite well they aren’t mentioned much if at all in the online program. As a result the majority of the questions I missed were the result of shortchanging my review of the written material in this area. My recommendation then is to not make the same mistake I did and be sure to give appropriate study time to the Roles and Responsibilities sections within the written material. All in all I thought this was a great cost effective option to prepare for the exam that I recommend without any reservation.
