ITIL® Foundation Certificate
The OGC (Office of Government) awards the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT service management. This certificate was established with an objective of providing foundation level knowledge in IT Service Management. It can be pursued by anyone willing to familiarize with the best practices of IT Service Management.
In order to get ITIL® foundation certificate, the students have to appear in a multiple-choice exam conducted by two independent bodies: ISEB and EXIM. You can appear in the exam after taking up an ITIL® service management essentials course, also available online at theartofservice.com.
The ITIL® foundation certificate establishes pursuer’s competence in the basic understanding of ITIL® and service management. It leads to the advanced ITIL® certifications: Practitioner’s and Manager’s certificates in IT service management.
