ITIL® Foundation Exams
There are three types of ITIL® foundation exams that we offer at the Art of Service. All these examinations are held at different levels for the individuals interested in Service Management.
1. ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management: This exam certifies that the individual has the basic understanding and knowledge of ITIL® principles, terminology, Service Desk functions and other processes in the business. The course fee for examination varies from one country to another with additional payment of taxes.
2. Practitioner Certificate in IT Service Management: This exam confirms the in-depth knowledge o the applications of ITIL® process. After passing this exam, a professional will be capable of managing and implementing the processes in an organization.
3. Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management: This is considered to be the final level encompassing the overall management view of the Service Desk.
All these ITIL® foundation exams can be taken at ISEB or Prometric Exam Centers.
