ITIL Foundation For It Service Management : Guides like this are not designed to give you an holistic knowledge of ITIL Foundation. And it won’t be as beneficial as a full blown course but it is incredibly cheaper and ultimately a better way of spending your time if like me this is a step stone to progress to ITIL Intermediate certificates. The book itself is an overall guide to the Foundation subjects and does a good job. A couple of pages have poorly printed charts on them but this material is duplicated on the website – it’s a shame though. The book is well written and concise – a good way of betting the core information and basics.
