ITIL Foundation Logo : Bought this book to complement my study for the ITIL Foundation exam. The book follows the ITIL lifecycle as one would expect. It is a condensed version that cuts to the chase and reduces the learning time by many hours while giving you enough information to pass the exam. And there is the point of this book. If you are learning ITIL for the first time this book is a good introduction to the subject and will most likely get you thru the exam but it will not go far enough for you to ‘know’ ITIL v3. For that you will need to go back to the OGC books. So this book has a specific target and it does hit its intended mark very well. In addition the online content is a nice bonus with the practice exams being very helpful. Would have preferred more practice questions both in the book and online as the 10 per section provided only really give you an idea of what the real exam would be like and does not actually test your knowledge of what was studied.
