ITIL Incident Management : Recently I received a promotion to the Business Analyst world I need a book that could get me up to speed with methodoligies for the IT side of things. So I decided to get the most bang for my buck. I would learn about IT methodoligies and receive a designation to boot. This book along with the web course was exactly what I needed. It gave me the meat I didn’t have to search for it. I would highly recommend this book if you are looking for the what you need to know instead of searching for what you need to know. It is definitely for all levels as I am proof being a beginner. It was easy to understand and that is important when you are talking about getting up to speed quickly on IT methodoligies.
