ITILITIL : ITIL Service Manager Has attended a 12 day or certified….

CLERP9 and Sarbanes Oxley The Australian equivalent to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) makes regular references to the US reform.

While there will be some basic differences in the wording and structure of the two reforms (SOX and CLERP9) the fundamentals will be consistent.

The power of both Sarbanes-Oxley and CLERP9 is the way they “force” a joining of resources and skills between the IT Department and the Financial Management department.

The following diagram illustrates how there can be no logical separation of these two areas.

ITIL Service Manager Has attended a 12 day or certified equivalent course in IT Service Management and the ITIL Framework and passed the two part examination.

BS15000 Consultant and Internal Auditor Has attended a 3 day or certified equivalent course in BS15000 and passed the two part examination.

BS15000 External Auditor Has attended a 2 day or certified equivalent course in BS15000 and passed the examination.
