ITIL® Project Manager
An ITIL® project manager has a lot of responsibilities because in any IT company there are many ongoing projects and several others in pipeline. An ITIL® project manager has to monitor the functioning of all the existing projects and to create space at the same time for new projects.
The work of the project manager is to collect projects from the configuration or planning departments and understand its application and structure. It is also the responsibility of the project manager to determine the time and place for implementation. Large part of the success and failure of the projects are the responsibility of project managers.
Work of the project manager is very closely related to other managing departments. In a way, the launch of the project is a group effort of the entire Service Management department. Therefore the implementation of all the projects at one time is always beneficial.
