Capacity management and Continuity Management deal with the progress of the company and of managing the intermediary elements.
Availability Management is one area that ensures that each and every service is at place and ready for delivery both within and outside the company.
Security Management is the last part of Service Delivery dedicated to safeguarding the services of the company.
