ITIL Service Strategy : Most of the other reviewers have said it all. I am adding to the string of positive reviews for both this book and The Art of Service. The text is crisp and clean with little or no fluffy filler. The online course which roughly follows the text is well done. I note that it roughly follows the text because the online course was recently upgraded to reflect upgrades to the ITIL test’s coverage. (A few processes were removed from the test’s requirements.) Response time from The Art of Service personnel was VERY quick. I passed the test on a first try by studying for three weeks prior to the test date. This book and the online course should be all you need to pass the test.
