The book is well organized and presents concepts and facts in a simple yet effective way . . . far and away better than the original on-line program I purchased. But more importantly the online modules that come with the kit are enjoyable to listen to and relate well to the testing material. Along with the book the narratives and the testing you also get access to some very helpful handout type material . . . the kind of stuff that you are likely to keep and reference in the future. To round it all out the book and web site gives you details on how to apply for the exam. I was also pleasantly surprised to read that I get 18 Category 4 PDU’s now that I passed the exam. Net net the Certification kit is well worth the money and I should have done this first and saved myself a whole lot of time money and aggravation with the competition. But more importantly the book and all of the various materials available are sufficient to pass the exam. When combined with some of the other free test material out on the web the ITIL Foundation Certification Kit is great stuff.
