Many of our clients ask for ITIL® training.
Of course they do: The Art of Service is an ITIL® Service Management company.
With that in mind, imagine the look on their faces when we tell them that we don’t provide ITIL® training. We never did deliver ITIL® training and have no plans for the immediate future to deliver ITIL® training.
