ITIL V3 Exam Questions : I purchased the Foundations course based on the recommendation of the Raleigh ISSA chapter. All in all it was a good purchase. I’m more satisfied as are others with the online training than with the book. I found that the book didn’t have all the content of the course and had some grammatical/spelling errors that could have been prevented. In spite of this I still recommend it highly. I know Art of Service is very responsive and anticipate that the new version of the book has had the appropriate corrections made and content updated. Of course if they send me a copy of the new version I will be more than happy to provide a more in depth comparison and review. In today’s rough market you need all the differentiators you can get and ITIL is one of those. Even if you are far removed from management it behooves you to learn ITIL so you can at the least understand PHB speak. I don’t think you can go wrong with the Art of Service material.
