ITIL V3 Foundation Test : As a self-study learner I thought the book and online materials were well focused in presenting the material and practice quizzes. And the bonus online material was a big benefit for dual visual and auditory preferred learning styles which I find most effective. So I consider the price to be very reasonable it met my expectations and I was very relieved that the recent curriculum revisions were included. I had no trouble passing the exam on the first try. However as an Instructional Designer and North American learner regarding the online presentations: for me the Aussie accents presented a slight impediment to optimal learning and recall. In the book’s international market I think a North American (speaker) version of the online presentations would not be too much to expect.
