ITIL V3 : Don’t be fooled by the large font and the low page count–this book is all you need to get your ITILv3 Foundation certification. The online course is a must–it mostly covers the same material as the book but when watched in conjunction with reading the book you’ll get a fuller appreciation for the material. Also there are a couple of topics that will appear on the exam that are only covered by the online course. I studied this material for about a week then knocked out the exam in 20 minutes with a 90. This is material that’s valuable to any IT technician or manager–not only does it outline organizational best-practices it clearly demonstrates WHY those are best practices. I highly recommend this book and this certification.
