I’ve been trying out Doug Martin’s BackupMyBlog service where he uses HelpSpot for his customer support interface, I can see what you mean, FogBugz doesn’t have the publicly available features that HelpSpot does, and Doug’s only using a little of HelpSpot’s features so far.
