Since the start of ITIL v3 last August, our clients have been asking whether they will be receiving the ITIL® V3 Diamond Pins.  Until now, our answer was NO!

However, hooray, hooray, it has finally been announced that the new ’Lichen” colour pins will be available from the end of August for ALL ITIL V3 FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE HOLDERS.

So – if you have passed the ITIL vb3 Foundation Program with The Art of Service, or one of our Training Partners, you will soon be receiving your shiny new pin.

But as we say here – one pin is nice…. The whole set of pins is a whole lot nicer (but I wonder what colours they will be)….

So, keep your eyes on the mail tray…. Try not to get too excited while you wait (though it is nearly as exciting as the launch of the iphone… not!)

As for whether the Foundation Bridging program students will get a pin… not known as yet… ( I know – nail biting stuff)
