It's very difficult to say what was most or least effective. On the whole all parts of the course were very effective. In this point I may only say what was most interesting for me. It was Service Level Management. This is a good way to deepen your knowledge in a choosen topic. You learn when you want, you receive help promptly, you may be sure that your queries will be answered always. Excellent materials easy to understand even for people like me with poor english. -- Jan
