ISO/IEC 20000 Process Charts

When you implement IT Service Management (based on ITIL®) you might not know where to focus your attention or where to take the project.

The ISO/IEC 20000 standard provides you with excellent guidance and requirements to keep you implementation project on track! However, trying to get a quick summary overview of all the 10 process areas in the ISO/IEC 20000 standard is not easy.

That is why The Art of Service has developed these ISO/IEC Process Charts. A series of 14 chargt in total that give you the complete picture. You can print these PDF documents and use them as the starting point for your implementation project, as part of your awareness campaign or to simply tick off those things that you already have in place in preparation of the pre-audit assessment.

In addition to the individual process tharts there is also a bonus chart that maps out the inter process relationships and connections.
