This may come as a pressure to some as managing a whole project may be quite intimidating at the same time challenging since Black Belts will have to work with different people with different areas of expertise. It is his goal to see to it that everyone is synchronized with project goals and objectives. If this is too much for you to handle, then you may want to settle for the Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Six Sigma Green Belt aspirants will undergo almost the same training as Black Belt candidates, with much emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) model. For Green Belt certified professionals, there are two primary tasks that they can perform.
