Invested in developing staff and transforming ICT processes

To help our staff deliver a high level of client service, we are providing various forms of education and training to achieve best-practice ICT processes. During 2004-05, we selected CorpTech’s IT Service Management implementation partner – The Art of Service. The Art of Service worked with us to begin equipping our staff with the capabilities to provide a wholly integrated, best-practice ICT service to clients and, in so doing, assist clients to achieve their business objectives. These development activities are assisting CorpTech’s transition from an agency-based to a functionally-integrated, service delivery model.

In 2005-06, we will continue to implement IT Service Management. In particular, we will transform the service desk, select IT Service Management tools and implement service assurance for high-priority change and release management and parts of configuration management.
