You can consider this as a baseline in learning new things until you become an expert on ITIL®. Viewing these demos will also make it easier for you to understand the entire process when you are already eyeing for your ITIL® certification. With determination, coupled with positive thinking and a good working knowledge of ITIL® will make IT certification more than achievable.
