What is CRM?

We may have encountered the abbreviation CRM in one of our daily activities however we are fully unaware on what it means and it even stands for. 

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management.  As the name implies, it primarily is dealing with how on can properly manage and secure a good relationship with its customers, having said that, we know then that CRM is a term that is primarily used in business.
