Act as a primary stakeholder in the underlying information technology (IT) operational processes and functions that support the service, provide direction and monitor all significant activities so the service is delivered successfully.

  • Maintain communication and protocols between various systems and compliance with standards or best practice for Cybersecurity.
  • Use a version control system to systematically document and version the diagnostic software.
  • Have rarely worked with your organization that was so organized that you could count on continuously delivering function that allowed you to meet your commitments.
  • Iterate network security posture to better protect against attacks and detect new vectors.
  • Develop with internal and external stake holders requirements and solutions to effectively meet the overall stake holders needs.
  • Ensure you revitalize; recommend, procure, install and configure new user hardware, software and communication devices.
  • Help in maintaining the network environment in working condition, conduct on site review of compliance to system standards, protocols and procedures established by your organization of Health.
  • Participate proactively in design considerations, design/code review, and project management.
  • Remain up to date on current information security trends and research techniques in the industry.
  • Resolve complex IoT networking technical issues via a combination of problem solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Coordinate with other technical staff on the installation of new equipment, software and other related hardware/software upgrades.
  • Provide skill in identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in training opportunities and industry organizations.
  • Manage work with other service managers and product owners to balance and prioritize services to meet overall customer requirements, constraints, and objectives.
  • Be accountable for ensuring all project related activities are conducted on time and to the highest standard.
  • Secure that your design provides advice and a wide variety of complex onsite training for customer support personnel.
  • Ensure you delegate; lead with expertise in software processes, web services, multi tiered systems, workflow modeling, systems testing, and enterprise application integration.
  • Help build a team and cultivate innovation by driving cross collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
