Why it matters: Develop innovative techniques to quantify operational risk events including using machine learning and models to calculate residual risks based on incident and control data.

How it works: Develop experience using the project management techniques that support the Project Life Cycle: Initiate, Plan, Execute, Close, and Monitor/Control by leading small to medium-sized projects and assisting in large projects.

Under the hood: Illustrate direct involvement in technical infrastructure architecture and design and/or managing teams that perform these functions including full-stack technology architectures (infrastructure through applications) both on-premises and cloud-based.
