Lead your organizations E Commerce strategy, and collaborate with your Leadership and Operations teams to devise the most effective strategies for your Direct to Consumer business.
- Ensure you involve; record of taking responsibility for owning projects through completion and adapting completed projects as needs change.
- Be one of the first developers to work with new features from a variety of e commerce platforms and technology partners.
- Identify sales opportunities with partners thru new programs, promotions, and product offerings or services.
- Manage, enhance, and/or maintain catalog, product listings, merchandising, pricing, inventory turn, payment, order management, and post sales customer support.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e commerce sales and profitability.
- Be certain that your organization generates and analyzes SEO reports, monitors opportunities for improvement, and implements SEO changes to the websites.
- Confirm your organization supports upgrade, transitions, and maintenance efforts to ensure the migration of content and data necessary to website integrity.
- Identify SEO optimization opportunities in partnership with your organization and work with your developers for implementation.
- Establish projects management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change and risk management and Agile ceremonies.
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross functional partners.
- Manage production team resources to enhance productivity and quality with a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability.
- Lead testing of updates and code releases across platforms, devices, and production environments.
- Confirm your organization complies; proofs and audits content to ensure the consistency, integrity, and quality is maintained in all assets.
- Assure your business prepares and publishes products and digital assets to the website in collaboration with the Merchant Team to adhere to product launch guidelines and deadlines.
- Be accountable for working closely with the marketing team to maximize the website as a way to market all Greatness products and services.
- Arrange that your design engages in continual monitoring of the website for issues as bugs, broken images, load speed, outdated information products and price errors, etc.
- Collaborate with ops and quality teams on returns management, root cause analysis of returns, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Confirm your venture communicates effectively with the E Commerce Team, other business teams, and IT Partners to prioritize, mitigate, resolve, and report on production issues and causes.
- Create product documentation to help internal and external stakeholders understand how your technology and processes work.
- Confirm you anticipate; build and maintain day to day relationships with external vendors to ensure tactics align with your goals and stay up to date on the latest innovations.
- Use combination of organic and paid marketing strategies via search, social, email to drive more new users.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative strategies, concepts and ideas that promote consumer engagement with the brand.
