Identify ways to develop, improve, and automate the way you analyze how changes to the product impact the business, especially beyond the bottom of the funnel purchases.

  • Manage delivery of client work products while managing team members assigned to the project.
  • Ensure you audit; build an outcome focused roadmap, weighing competing needs and changing requirements to prioritize and maintain a backlog of impactful themes of work.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of customer relationships to your Customer Success team.
  • Identify and close business from new clients and follow on work from existing clients.
  • Use analytics and testing strategies to help scope, prioritize, and measure, and communicate the impact of projects.
  • Ensure you outpace; build positive and long term relationships with prospects at all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Analyze project delivery risks, mitigate risks and identify opportunities for additional client support.
  • Manage departmental forecasting processes across Marketing and Product Development teams.
  • Ensure you guide; build marketing reporting and analytics, collaborating closely with Performance, Retention, and Product Marketing partners.
  • Lead executive presence, confidence and consultative selling skills in partnership with Business Development in order to effectively develop new business.
  • Create account plans and develop strategies to meet and achieve overall sales quota.
  • Participate and contribute to Account Planning for existing clients.
  • Collaborate with development teams to set requirements for secure design and development.
