From where we see it (and yes we have been researching), we believe that The Art of Service is again the first to deliver one of the new ITIL® V3 Courses…

This time it’s the ITIL® V3 Manager Bridging Course.

As I type, we are delivering our first V3 Manager Bridging Program to ITIL® Service Managers from India, Japan and Australia.

Being able to deliver this program is really exciting our Executive Director (and Trainer), Ivanka Menken.  As she sees it, we are again leading the way in providing high quality service management educational programs.

But of course, it is possible that we are wrong.. and if we are, please be sure to let us know.

Until then… lets the trumpets sound…
