  • Lead the development of workflow solutions and business process improvements with management to improve the effectiveness of HRIS tools.
  • Manage work with internal and external clients to develop specific taxonomies and controlled vocabularies based on data sources, input from sponsors and user feedback.
  • Identify and organize quantitative feedback from analytics for apps and websites to share with design team for improvements and opportunities.
  • Translate functional process and system designs into technical tasks coding changes, form design, file layout specifications, etc.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field of Records Management, leading the team in short term and long term planning, evaluation, and data collection.
  • Capture requirements in a succinct, precise manner to identify attainable project deliverables and to provide actionable, analytical reporting requirements.
  • Ensure you reconcile; understand and utilize customer data and market trends in determining value add needed to maintain customer base and attain market based objectives.
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient functional operation of human capital information systems and human resources/employee benefits processes; and human resources/employee benefit data integrity.
  • Engage the designers, product managers throughout the research process, and support the team to generate design solutions and product strategies.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork that balances individual accomplishments and projects with broader team goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure you outperform; understand what the deliverable needs to be to meet your clients project needs and what it takes to make projects successful.
  • Engage in continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for improvement, prioritizing, and recommending solutions to management.
  • Analyze systems, programs, datasets and reports to enhance the efficacy of organization programs, processes, procedures, goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional Agile teams of software engineers, domain experts, and others to build new product features for multiple business units.
