IT Service Desk
The IT Service Desk is replacing OTRS for logging IT requests and faults within CASS. The URL for the IT Service Desk is :
Login using your u-number and your HORUS password. After logging in you will reach the self-service screen.

????Create a New Call

First Login – Update you Profile
Update your service provider to CASS IT if it is not already
Make sure a phone number (Mobile or Desk) is in the highlighted box
Update your location: Push the magnifying glass icon next to Location and find your location from the list.
Save and exit
Logging a New Call
From the side bar select Create New Call
Verify your Service Provider is CASS IT
Enter a brief description of the fault or request
Supporting attachments can be added by clicking the paperclip in the upper right.
Save and exit will create a new call and place it in the queue
?Tracking your call
From the home screen you are able to track your requests as they are worked on by IT.
