ITIL® Certification Exam

Two independent bodies namely ISEB and EXIN conduct the ITIL® certification exams. There are three ITIL® certification exams that lead to: Foundation Certificate in IT service management, Practitioner’s Certificate in IT service management and Manager’s Certificate in IT service management.

The Art of Service offers special training program for those interested in appearing in the ITIL® certification exam for Foundation Certificate in IT service management. It gives an overview of service management essentials and ITIL®.

Those who wish to appear for ITIL® certification exam for Practitioner’s Certificate in IT service management must have a foundation certificate and 3 to 4 years of experience in IT. However, those who want to give the ITIL® certification exam for Manager’s Certificate in IT service management should not only have the foundation certificate and over five years of experience in IT but also an intermediate knowledge of ITIL®.
