There are three ITIL® certifications. We at the Art of Service provide assistance in preparing for these ITIL® certifications which are as follows:
Foundation Certificate in IT service management: An ITIL® service management essentials course prepares you for this exam. It certifies that you have a basic understanding of IT service management, ITIL® and its most widely accepted framework and standards in the world. Also, for the other two ITIL® certifications, it is mandatory to have this certificate.
Practitioner’s Certificate in IT service management: An ITIL® practitioner course prepares you to appear for an exam that leads to this certification. To get this certificate, you must have the foundation certificate and 3-4 years of experience in IT. In course of attaining this certification, you gain competence in understanding and application of specific processes within the IT service management domain.
Manager’s Certificate in IT service management: You need to pursue ITIL® service manager course to appear for ITIL® certification examination for this certificate. You must also have over 5 years of experience in IT, foundation certificate and intermediate knowledge of ITIL®.
