I am midway through the ITIL® foundation materials I purchased from the art of
service, and just want to say how much I am enjoying the course. The materials
are well structured and as I progress I feel I am building on concepts already
I worked at the Volkswagen UK headquarters for years where they followed ITIL®
v2, but I never got the chance to on any courses or achieve certification; I am
now doing so myself and wish I had started this years ago!
