Being part of the Australian itSMF I receive their bulletins. Today, I felt it appropriate to “sing their praises” and share what a good read this bulletin is.
Two main articles that caught my attention are the Value Diagram used in ITIL® v3 and Change Management. Both gave some really interesting perspectives and ideas for my own professional growth.
What I rally enjoy is the way that I am kept informed and up to date on current IT Service Management issues. The benefits to me are being able to use this in my own training/interactions with my clients.
If you are a member of itSMF, then I hope you take the time to read these articles. If you are not yet a member – may I encourage you to do so. This organization is great for extending your professional knowledge, and now that V3 is becoming more prevalent, it’s a great way to keep abreast.
We, at The Art of Service are really looking forward to the annual itSMF Conference in Canberra in August. It is always a great opportunity to meet new and our regular clients…. And definitely a fantastic opportunity to extend our learning!
