  • Confirm your planning complies; partners with different IT teams and delivery teams to ensure inclusion of operational requirements, system impacts perf, patching, monitoring, etc.
  • Confirm your team ensures sufficient operations staffing levels; work with the Human Resources Department to develop recruitment, staff development and retention strategies.
  • Ensure you pioneer; build, maintain, and implement best practices for marketing automation and demand generation in campaign management, lead routing, processes, and data integrity.
  • Manage and provide oversight for vendor and supplier selection to ensure scaling, supportable solutions for IT infrastructure.
  • Confirm your organization complies; monitors monthly operations financial reports and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities, account for variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage work with customers and sales teams to create technological solutions to critical customer business through discovery workshops.
  • Establish that your design provides coaching and direction to the team that drive action and enables the achievement of performance and operational goals.
  • Establish and consistently meet or exceed quality and delivery standards for products and services for internal and external customers.
