  • Develop and drive product sales programs through partner channels while supporting inbound product referrals.
  • Become capable of closing partner opportunities, driving accountability and success of the relationship.
  • Calibrate associated fraud screening software, monitor anti fraud tools effectiveness and advise on any new vendors or partnerships to aid in fraud reduction efforts.
  • Hire and grow your team by cultivating high standards and a cohesive group that is able to execute without distraction.
  • Initiate work and appoint leaders to advance the strategic objectives and measure desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate and encourage feedback between customers and Product team on product expectations and customer needs.
  • Manage to stay ahead of the curve, its critical to know where the curve is and how to anticipate the changes facing.
  • Ensure you enforce; lead and lead critical technical, design, and product considerations with leaders across your organization.
  • Drive product adoption Continuous contact with customers to expand adoption of your product by utilizing new features and developing additional innovative use cases.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and provide an interface between the customer and the risk operations team.
  • Consider the application of legal and regulatory requirements to organizations risk management practices.
  • Support all social impact partnerships with project management, relationship management, operational organization, impact tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure you listen; lead with expertise in driving operational efficiencies and scale through process improvements, automation, and staff development.
  • Ensure you value and respect difference and create ways for all people to contribute to your organization.
  • Provide executive program oversight and ongoing effective, complete and accurate partner communication.
  • Manage team members who partner with other functions to execute internal investigations where needed.
  • Manage work with the affiliate Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) to ensure the full scope of the perspectives, concerns, needs, and endorsements are central to the collaboration and decision making that involves the interests and impacts the success.
  • Advise and implement anti fraud strategies related to the unique challenge of reducing chargebacks in a Blockchain environment.
  • Support partners on individual engagements that are referred and coordinate internally to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.
  • Align with appropriate delivery teams to leverage follow on business from one delivery project to another.
