  • Standardize: actual results and refine process to the point that it serves as an instrument of financial control in the close process and guides and supports business decisions.
  • Systematize: partner with the pricing and profitability team to evaluate the economic impact of potential changes to specially negotiated affiliate customer pricing and promotions.
  • Ensure your planning complies; is considered an expert in one or more application/business disciplines or related systems disciplines as business process, application development, database management, application performance, etc.

  • Support key accounts and organization initiatives proving a strategic and operational data lens, providing solutions and adding to the overall vision.
  • Ensure you chart; lead multiple medium sized analytic tasks or projects simultaneously, while providing analytic support and leadership on other projects.
  • Identify trends, distill insights, and build dashboards to find opportunities to help CX help retain clients, grow your average spend per client, and improve retention.
  • Evaluate: review and evaluates plans and guidelines for compliance with process improvement guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall process improvement quality and results for your organization.
  • Use multi touch attribution/digital attribution solutions to understand interactions, roles and conversion contributions between digital marketing channels.
  • Manage work with the greater People and Organization community Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Business Partners, etc.
  • Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into process improvement projects and activities in your organization.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Establish that your venture complies; directs the development of overall process improvement strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the Business Unit.
  • Secure that your design understands critical drivers of performance and creates reports/dashboards to help leadership identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the development and delivery of contract/commercial training modules for contract management staff on a specific project or account.
  • Lead: in the affirm app, building a one of a kind marketplace bringing together consumers and merchants through discovery, unbeatable offers, and honest credit.
  • Identify: design and execute analytics and technical content for studying business issues risks/opportunities, competitive intelligence, market trend analysis, scenario planning, forecasting, market share, profitability, etc.
  • Provide a consistent, quality controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close a deal.
  • Support the management in all aspects of the regulatory and financial process for assigned jurisdiction or function in order to achieve success for the customer and organization.
