Be certain that your organization leads business analysis and modeling activities by interviewing process owners, users and other stakeholders to identify business processes; evaluate the current process and workflow for various business functions and document findings and recommend improvements.

  • Maintain the catalog of strategic partnership arrangements, inclusive of deal parameters, payment structure, customer pricing, and expected and actual performance.
  • Create and implement the People Teams foundational people analytics tools and practices to measure and quantify effectiveness of your people programs and overall organizational health.
  • Secure that your group executes research according to the specific discipline/portfolio management requirements management research, quantitative research, fundamental research, etc.
  • Ensure your planning complies; is considered an expert in one or more application/business disciplines or related systems disciplines as business process, application development, database management, application performance, etc.
  • Confirm you helm; lead the team members to build trust through regular, open, and honest communication and by working together across your organization to ensure the success of every project.
  • Serve as the Strategy teams analytics point of contact, working with business partners to establish strategic project objectives, budgets, and timelines and monitor and evaluate progress and performance.
  • Drive accountability for financial results; analyze and communicate budget/forecast variances to management and internal customers.
  • Be accountable for evaluating, selecting, and creating forms of empirical and root cause analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Provide analytical and quantitative analysis to support decisions related to the preparation of the annual budget, mid year forecasts and multi year financial plans.
  • Communicate/coordinate project execution and system issue resolution with IT, functional project leaders/associates, and business leaders.
  • Support strategic KPI development, collection, dashboard reporting, and continual process refinement to deliver actionable information and insights across all levels of your organization.
  • Support key accounts and organization initiatives proving a strategic and operational data lens, providing solutions and adding to the overall vision.
  • Ensure you chart; lead multiple medium sized analytic tasks or projects simultaneously, while providing analytic support and leadership on other projects.
  • Identify trends, distill insights, and build dashboards to find opportunities to help CX help retain clients, grow your average spend per client, and improve retention.
  • Use multi touch attribution/digital attribution solutions to understand interactions, roles and conversion contributions between digital marketing channels.
  • Manage work with the greater People and Organization community Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Business Partners, etc.
  • Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into process improvement projects and activities in your organization.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Establish that your venture complies; directs the development of overall process improvement strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the Business Unit.
  • Secure that your design understands critical drivers of performance and creates reports/dashboards to help leadership identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the development and delivery of contract/commercial training modules for contract management staff on a specific project or account.
  • Provide a consistent, quality controlled system to ensure the smooth and efficient management of all relevant steps necessary to close a deal.
  • Support the management in all aspects of the regulatory and financial process for assigned jurisdiction or function in order to achieve success for the customer and organization.
