Provide strategic direction and guidance to enablement teams throughout project execution, maintains insight regarding status of projects, keep deliverables on track, understand requirements, dependencies, deliverables, and timeframes, and recommend alternative solutions or approaches.

  • Be accountable for the overall ownership of customer relationships for all customers assigned to the Key Account Portfolio, leading to greater mutual collaboration, enhanced trading results, enhanced customer advocacy and continuously improving customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, implement, and oversee process improvements across department in conjunction with the Project Management Office, Business Analysts and clients.
  • Confirm your organization complies; monitors the revision of project policies, procedures, and processes as part of corrective action plans to ensure monitoring processes are maintained to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and project compliance.
  • Utilize software knowledge to spec out and implement small content areas and features, individually or in conjunction with development resources.
  • Ensure you create; lead with knowledge in operational management systems, with emphasis on improvement efforts and operationalization in the day to day operations.
  • Ensure you cooperate; good leadership skills; proven ability in coaching, mentoring, motivating and supporting project execution through indirect influence.
  • Drive requirements and solutions with all internal stakeholders as infrastructure, logistics, controls, software and manufacturing engineering teams for the success of the project.
  • Communicate potential significant change, that are identified, to the entire external stakeholder community (business and IT sponsors from the client).
  • Utilize change management principles, processes, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results across the business.
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance your customer success efforts by participating in and take lead on departmental process development and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
  • Foster commitment to the implementation of the strategy through active collaboration across the entire organization, clear communication and facilitation of decision making.
  • Create and implement standardized communications surrounding Leave of Absence, Workers Compensation to be sent to employees, managers, and business partners.
  • Seek insights from front line sales teams, planning, engineering and other key stakeholder groups to ensure process, system and general operational improvement needs are fulfilled.
  • Arrange that your project qualifies demands based on product qualification check lists or finds opportunities based on product portfolio knowledge mapped to business capabilities.
  • Ensure you mentor; embed awareness of OPEX capabilities throughout the business to drive a culture of continuous improvement where new opportunities are identified on a continuous basis.
  • Secure that your strategy provides project leadership and direction on quality assurance, internal and external communications, security, systems and process compliance testing.
  • Drive vendor partnership working closely with supply chain and purchasing team and ensure alignment on engineering requirements, scope, schedule and cost.
  • Warrant that your strategy facilitates discovery and scoping by mobilizing appropriate partners for complex highly configurable products or for needs requiring multi product integration.
  • Be accountable for ensuring that agreed annualised budgets are translated into monthly and quarterly targets, with associated action plans, performance dashboards, to ensure performance tracking and thus facilitating remedial actions where necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance on you projects to Project Managers and facilitate seamless integration of various pieces in the overall Program.
