Last year, The Art of Service once again saw record sales, with total revenue growing 30 percent, marking our 6th consecutive year of revenue growth and profitability. Our continued focus on the business intelligence marketplace, strong demand for the The Art of Service Education programmes and our industry-specific solutions remain key to our success.


Our customers rely on the The Art of Service to increase profits, deliver value throughout their organizations and improve customer satisfaction. With demand for The Art of Service solutions and industry expertise growing at an ever-increasing rate, we are better positioned than ever to meet our customers’ needs.

Focus on customers
Our longevity is a testament to the strong customer relationships we have developed over the years. When a customer is successful, The Art of Service is successful. We maintain this loyalty by focusing on customer needs, by continuously investing at least 24 percent of revenues into research and development.
